Madhura Poonekar has been elevated to India HR Leader – Faurecia Clarion Electronics  – Engineering Center at FORVIA, reflecting her consistent leadership excellence and strategic impact on the organization’s people agenda. In her current role, she oversees end-to-end HR strategy, enabling scale, capability building, and seamless integration with FORVIA’s global operations.

With her experience spanning India, the United States, and multiple international markets including SEA, SAARC, MENA, and Africa, Madhura has established herself as a trusted global HR business partner. She is recognized for aligning people strategies with business priorities, strengthening leadership capability, and fostering high-performance, innovation-driven cultures within complex global environments.

Madhura brings deep expertise across talent acquisition, organization design, global mobility, employee engagement, learning and development, succession planning, and digital HR transformation. Prior to FORVIA, she held key HR leadership roles at Thermax Limited, where she Led HR for Power – Operations & Maintenance and International businesses, and earlier at AAF International and Suzlon Energy, gaining strong exposure to engineering-led and industrial organizations.
